Refund Policy

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase.
• If the product is damaged, report it to info@flexiknee.shop within 24 hours of receiving the product. Claims beyond 24 hours will not be processed.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with supporting evidence (photos/videos).

Note: Returns are only accepted for damaged products caused during shipping. Dissatisfaction with the product will not be eligible for return.

• Reverse Shipping Fees: Buyers must pay reverse shipping costs (₹100–₹370 depending on the product).

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishables (food, flowers, etc.)
• Intimate items (e.g., underwear) and sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable items, or sticky products like FlexiRack

Refunds

• Refunds are not offered, only returns are processed if all criteria are met.

Exchanges

• No exchange policy: Products cannot be exchanged once purchased.

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
• In special cases, cancellations are allowed before dispatch with a 10% cancellation fee.
